Now dedicated local support for Australia and New Zealand

We are pleased to announce that we have opened a local office in Australia. If you have any questions or enquiries about our CAD/CAM software you’ll now get support from our staff on site in Australia. Sarah has been part of our Staircon team in the UK since 2007 and has now opened up our office in Australia. She has great experience and knowledge of both our software Staircon as well as our customers and the stair woodworking industry as a whole. Sarah will work with both the Australian and New Zealand markets and can help you regardless of whether it concerns sales, support or installation.

“I will miss our customers in the UK but I’m confident that they will be well taken care of by my colleagues. I’m now very excited to meet and support our customers locally here in Australia and New Zealand”, Sarah says.

Release Staircon 2020.2 SP2

2021-01-26

New 3D, starting point for the future of Staircon CAD

We are in the process of making a substantial update to Staircon CAD. Starting by introducing a new 3D view in this release of Staircon 2020.2 SP2. We will update the existing CAD application so there will be no need for you to migrate to a new application. Just follow our software updates.

The new 3D view is powered by a solid modeller and uses a 3D engine with physically based rendering. This greatly enhances the 3D experience, and it is also the starting point of the future for Staircon CAD.
Plan view, side view and production view are still the same in release 2020.2 SP2.
